What is RENOVATE?

The RENOVATE Project helps unfaithful partners do more than just apologize—it helps them transform. Created by Tim Tedder, a licensed counselor and affair recovery specialist with over two decades of experience, this program turns the wreckage of betrayal into an opportunity for personal and relationship renovation.

Through the NOVA Process, participants reveal what’s been hidden, discover why they made the choices they did, shape a clear vision for change, and take practical actions to rebuild trust and intimacy.

RENOVATE Questions & Answers

  • At its core, RENOVATE is a 9-week small group counseling program led by Tim Tedder. In addition to the group sessions, members have access to Tim through open office hours and an individual private session.

  • Members will go through the NOVA process, created by Tim Tedder, to help participants reveal what’s been hidden, discover why they made the choices they did, shape a clear vision for change, and take practical actions to rebuild trust and intimacy.

  • Participation is by invitation only. We want to make sure it’s a good fit for you. To begin the process, please complete the form below.

  • In addition to the coaching, participants will receive weekly resources, including free access to courses. Graduating members will also have access to Tim’s scheduling calendar for future sessions (individuals and couples). Tim is limiting his future coaching to those who have completed RENOVATE.

  • It will help you do more than just “get past” your infidelity. It will show you how to use your failure as a catalyst for significant change, allowing you to offer a secure and satisfying relationship to your partner.

Is RENOVATE for you?

To start, tell me a little bit about yourself. I will only use this information to get back to you with recommendations. No spammy emails; promise.

We fail. We learn. We change. We grow.

After more than two decades helping individuals and couples heal in the aftermath of infidelity, I’m shifting my personal focus toward those who have broken trust in their relationship. This isn’t just a professional transition, it’s a deeply personal one. Because your story is, in many ways, my own.

Following my affair, I wrestled with shame and the fear that I might never be trusted again, or if anyone would really be satisfied in a relationship with me. I felt like damaged goods. But out of that painful season came the most profound growth of my life.

Now, I want to help you find that same possibility. Beneath all the hurt, shame, and confusion lies a remarkable opportunity—to renovate yourself into someone even more trustworthy, grounded, and capable of love than you were before.
